Censys’ summary of 2018

Now that we have just entered a new year, it is interesting to take a look back and analyze how the technology and domotics sector has developed to get an idea how this 2019 is going to be.

At Censys we have experienced big innovations, we have seen technological advances of our collaborators and we discovered innovative industry news and specifically, the services we offer our customers:

Audiovisual: Image
Our image providers have brought out great novelties in 2018. Sony, for example, launched their new series of Televisions AF9 OLED 4k HDR, presented a short distance projector 4k Ultra Short Throw Projector LSPX-A1, and we were fascinated with the minimalist design of their Bravia televisions. Meanwhile Screen Innovations published infinite possibilities of personalization of their Zero Edge Pro and their huge screen Slate XL.

Audiovisuals: Sound
In the audio world we have also had great news. BowerS & Wilkins showed us their luxurious 800 Series Prestige Edition speakers with the highest sound quality and the best design, as well as its Built-in loudspeakers, in the year that their musical community Society Of Sound turned 10 years.

Home Cinemas
Censys has become a benchmark company in the study, projection and custom-built movie theaters for each individual client. It is for this reason that in 2018 we created a Catalog specialized in this service.

Control Residencial
En la implementación de sistemas integrados en el hogar, para conseguir el máximo control de todos los elementos del entorno, también Censys a seguido evolucionando y apostando por las mejores marcas del mercado. Crestron, una de ellas, lanzó su barra de sonido inteligente y los nuevos Crestron Horizon Keypads. Y otro de nuestros proveedores, BTicino, se atrevió a lanzar la producción de una serie de ficción llamada “Un giorno straordinario”.

Security
This aspect is one of the most important to the customer, so at Censys we have not stopped researching and developing our systems in search of the perfect security. Our supplier Mobotix announced a new complementary range of video surveillance cameras MOBOTIX MOVE last year, presented their latest product in dual thermal technology at Sicur 2018 and we they improved the performance of their incredible M16 Cameras.

Air conditioning and energy efficiency
Another of the services most demanded by our customers is the optimization of their air conditioning system to get maximum comfort in their home, with maximum energy efficiency. Mitsubishi Electric is our collaborator in this field and in 2018 they introduced their new MLZ Series.

Yacht Control
One of the sectors in which we have evolved most this past year at Censys is the integration of domotic systems in vessels. Our Mediterranean area is ideal for helping our clients customizing the control of their yachts. We have got to know the Most Fascinating boats of 2018, such as the Anvera 48, the Y717, the Pearl 95, the Broadway, the LY 650, the Numarine 32 XP or the Custom 106.

News from Censys
As for our own corporate news, we have had important news this past year. The most important is the confirmation that Censys will carry out the new project of hotel-restaurant of BonAmb. But we have also learned more about the technology and domotics sector such  as Integrated audiovisuals, the Important reasons to integrate the HVAC in domotics, the great benefits of Legrand Group, how to get the best performance of your yacht, the integration of Alexa by Amazon in Domotics and finally, the two big projects of integrated systems carried out by Censys in 2018: Project 1 and Project 2.
