Advantages of a single system for residential control<\/strong><\/h1><\/div>

Deciding what type of home automation system to use for residential control is one of the most important moments of our project. At Censys we recommend the unique system to all our clients, since it allows a great level of personalization and adaptation to each of our projects.<\/p>\n<\/div>

To our company it is very important that each of the systems that control an intelligent home act independently, only this way we can guarantee the correct functioning of the environment that controls the whole house. The unique domotic system is better than other open systems, for the following reasons:<\/p>\n

Communication<\/strong>
\nIn terms of control of lighting and automation, we prefer to use the same brand of the technology which makes communication and execution of the orders much more fluid and correct.<\/p>\n

Specialization<\/strong>
\nFor a system to be as complete as possible, it needs years of research and development. At Censys we rely on brands such as Lutron and Crestron that have been in the market for over 50 years and are leading brands in residential control.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Warranty
\n<\/strong>Another important factor is the product guarantees. Working or controlling a smart home with a single system, offers us peace of mind as a company and a security to our customers, as opposed to the decision to choose the optimal control system. In Censys we work with brands that give an 8-year warranty, compared to others that offer only 2 years.<\/p>\n

Personalization
\n<\/strong>The single system is not a closed system. These terms are often mixed up, but both Lutron and Crestron are not systems that don\u2019t let other systems integrate. On the contrary, its great technology and its ease of integration, allows us to connect with many more systems that control your home, such as air conditioning, audio, security, etc…<\/p>\n<\/div>
