Domotics at home: maximum performance for your home<\/strong><\/h1><\/div>

At Censys we want to show you one of the latest integrations projects that we have done. It is about the implementation of an integrated system at a home, with the objective that the client will have the control of all the elements of his environment at his disposal through a single device.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Residential control
\n<\/strong>The main interest of the client in the interiors of the house was the perfect control of the air conditioning to achieve maximum comfort and energy efficiency. Our team configured the system to control elements such as blinds, solar panels, floor heating\/cooling. In addition, scenes can be launched for different times of the year to give various settings of light, according to the demand of the user of the property.<\/p>\n

One of the differential factors of this project was in the geothermal system used. It is about taking advantage of the constant temperature that is given a few meters deep underground, between 10 and 16 \u00baC. The installation of this system requires a certain complexity, but provides energy savings for the client around 45-55%.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Entertainment
\n<\/strong>Another important factor of this project is the digital interconnection of everyday objects of the client with his Wi-Fi network. The Internet of Things (IOT) provides the home automation system, the values of the connection to the network in real time, and thus automation of tasks.<\/p>\n

The IOT application that is implemented in this project, is the installation of several Amazon Echo Dot speakers. The client has the possibility to control his whole system through voice. He can also start playing music or any other type of sound source in any area of \u200b\u200bthe house. When the system is connected to a mobile phone and to the network, the perfect sound environment is created adapted to the user’s mood.<\/p>\n

Exteriors
\n<\/strong>With the excellent weather we have in the Mediterranean area, the outdoor areas of the home play an important role in our lives. For that reason, Censys programmed special control scenes for all the elements of these zones such as swimming pool, garden, spa, lounge area, etc…<\/p>\n<\/div>

Security
\n<\/strong>Security was another of the most important factors for the client. That is why we integrated the alarm system, the access control and the video surveillance cameras into the application and the private network and we integrated a classic “panic button”, \u00a0as well as Amazon’s own Echo Dot to alert the authorities by voice if any emergency occurs inside the house.<\/p>\n
