Integrated systems: home automation in service of comfort<\/strong><\/h1><\/div>One of the most important reasons when implementing home automation lies in the reliability that the integrated systems of the project can provide. To control the lighting, we have installed the home automation control system of BTicino, with which we control the different lighting points, both dimmer and ON\/OFF. For the outside area, we designed a personalized lighting control, creating a garden area full of life and charming ambiances.<\/p>\n<\/div>

The air conditioning and underfloor heating systems are fully integrated, thus achieving a totally autonomous internal climate control, always guaranteeing the exact temperature our client requires in each of the rooms of his home.
\nTo get a higher level of energy efficiency, we integrated the control of motorized blinds that interact with our weather station, helping to optimize the electrical consumption of the air conditioning system and underfloor heating.<\/p>\n<\/div>

We not only use the highest quality technology, but we also realize the complete integration with the rest of the elements. Through our provider Mobotix we configured an access control and surveillance system providing secure control of the different people entering or leaving the house and being able to view the security cameras both remotely and locally.<\/p>\n<\/div>

An example of this security system is given with the cleaning service. A security code or access card grants access to the cleaning service. With our integration, the security system will be deactivated, lights will be turned on at a 100% and all the blinds will go up. Next, our client receives a detailed report of the time of activity and images of the people who were working at their home.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Finally, and for the user’s convenience, all these various systems have been integrated into one through the RTI system, designing a completely customized and very intuitive interface according to the owner’s needs, from which he controls the different systems that control the home such as: the air conditioning system, the BTicino home automation system, the access control, the video surveillance, the security system, the \u00a0irrigation control, the audio-visual elements, the pool control, etcetera. And all this is accessible from a single application installed on any device you want.<\/p>\n<\/div>
